Always a wonderful experience visiting Mandi, et al, whether it is browsing, design consultation or just for sheer enjoyment of their warm and welcoming demeanor. My latest purchase was a custom shower curtain and as usual, it was well constructed and just beautiful! They never disappoint! Initially the experience was good with selection. Did not like the full payment at the beginning. Preferred half down and half when delivered. With that in mind, the pick up and delivery was a waste. Could not receive an exact date of pickup. Eventually after frequent calls, their driver was assigned to collect my chair. He showed up with no equipment, was alone, my husband had a dolly and had to help him putting the chair in the truck. Was told the chair would be done before Christmas. No call was ever made. Calico is a great store with so many different fabrics with some many different patterns and vibrant colors; the lady that helped was very helpful and very nice and also very patient

I paid good money for them to reupholster my dining room chairs and they looked great but when I got them home I discovered they upholstered over the screw holes on the underside. I had to undo half their work to uncover the holes so I could reattach the cushions to the chairs. I sent them a message about this and they ghosted me. Not happy.
