I paid to have a recliner from my son’s nursery reupholstered in Oct 2025, and it’s March 2026 and still looking at the stained recliner. The fabric was backordered, fine. Then I asked if could pick another - went in and picked it (after waiting 3 months) was charged 17 bucks for the difference. Fine. Then, THAT SAME DAY in Jan., they magically realize the original fabric was no longer backordered! It was shipped and received! Crazy?!? I had my sofa reupholstered and really liked the fabric and pillows that I chose, but when they delivered my sofa cushion, it was about an inch too short, and the only remedy I was given was to take out some of the cloth that would give it more support and make it last longer. The bottom fabric leaves a print when you sit on it so you have to fix it every time you get up. When I finally got the back pillows.
