I bought 14 C rods at $14 each. The sales rep I dealt with at Calico in Southlake, TX never told me I could not return them if not needed. After finding out I don't need them after all, I was told by the rep and store manager at Calico Southlake, that I cannot return these bulkily manufactured rods. These rods were not custom made for me. No one at the store told me the rods are non-refundable.
