I am pleased with the quality and service I received from Calico. Their staff helped me as soon as I came in and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my drapes. They look awesome and I highly recommend!
A horrible experience from start to finish. Very disappointing as I have shopped there for 20+ years. Communication is poor. I had dining room chairs re-upholstered . Job was done incorrectly, sent back after more fabric needed to be ordered (quoted that it would take 1 week ) . Weeks later I had to call for update after being told mine was a rush order since it was their mistake. The fabric choices are great. However, I received a defective product (window shades) and asked numerous times for assistance and was constantly postponed with an answer, or lack of answer. The customer service is poor, and staff were not very helpful. I went elsewhere to complete the rest of my project.
Calico did an amazing job recovering a large antique Victorian couch and making seat cushions for my dinning room chairs. The staff were friendly and professional in giving me the right guidance in picking out the perfect fabric. This company has a huge selection of fabric designs and the upholstery service is excellent. I can’t wait for them to help me replace my drapes!
