Calico Corners Beautiful selection of decorator and upholstery fabrics. The shop also features a great selection of quality furniture that can be covered in any one of the fabrics available in store. Staff is very helpful, all items can be custom ordered. Fabric prices can be on the high side, but its definitely worth the money for the quality.
Calico Corners - Stay Away Very, very disappointed!!! Waited over 10 weeks for fabric to arrive, and was never told when I placed the order it was on back order. That I could have lived with but all the hoopla about the cutter and the art of cutting the fabric to make slip covers is pure nonsense. The fabric cutter is a grumpy, old, oppininated rightwing nut job, and spouts off about teachers and the reason taxes are so high. Calico Corners The staff is friendly and helpful. For example I went to the store inquring about getting custom made curtains. The employee asked me what room, if I had any hardware, what color, what style and other questions which helped her decide what my needs are. She then told me the prices. They do a wonderful job in talking about the different types of services that they provide. For example, they provide measurement and installation in your home. Best home decorating help around! Excellent value if you know the cost of custom design. Excellent and friendly service. No pressure to look around and get inspired. Has wonderful In-Home service that helped me make the right choices for me; not the decorator! Great furniture quality. Will go back for my new family room.
