Poor customer service. They’re happy to take your money, but when you call for a status a month later when the order is supposed to be ready, they don’t want to talk give you any time. Instead they say, “We’ll call you.” Location in North Arlington is much better.
I purchased fabric here and they came to measure my windows. I paid $250 for the measurements. I asked them for the measurements I had paid for. I asked many times. They promised to email it to me. Today they said it has been over a year since they measured and they have disposed of it. I have been through this 3 times with Calico Corners. The manager was also extremely rude. I will never use Calico Corners in great falls again.
