I work as a technician, and I came to this location after receiving a work order from the corporate office. My manager instructed me to verify the site, take a few required photos, and confirm that everything was in proper condition. Instead of simply explaining that nothing needed to be serviced, the staff reacted in an extremely unprofessional and hostile manner.
