Went for a full foil. Had big chunks of natural hair left out so it didn’t look good. Came back to get it fixed. Now my entire crown is broken off. I paid $300 and now my hair is completely broken and it’s not fixable. Won’t be returning.
I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this salon and would give less than one star if I could. I followed my stylist of 8+ years to here. She was an independent stylist that was ‘fired’ with NO notice. For people whose job it is to service clients to earn a wage, this kind of unprofessionalism is disrespectful and insulting.
