I want to echo what Monday M said because that's exactly what happened to me. I've seen the Calibre truck here in ******* Heights several times and need someone with a good eye to help ** with our rather large yard, so I called. I mentioned where I live - ******* Heights - and described the project: a landscape review and plan, with clean-up and install. ***** cut me off to say this was not really what they do. Called about a flower garden I needed designed & installed in College Park, having seen their truck at my neighbors house. Without getting any details on the project the receptionist spent all her time trying to come up with different reasons to not accept my project.
