Extremely unprofessional workers, they have no concept of punctuality. They can be two hours late or show up an hour early without notice. They are unprofessional and show no regard for the client’s time or plans. What should have been a simple repair job that could be completed in two weeks has dragged on for two months. I purchased an off plan brand new unit from this company in 2017. A year later 2018 it experienced flooding from the hallway to the bedrooms. No reason why. My unit was not the only one unit which flooded in the same building. Due to Calibre ignoring my calls/ emails to fix their defective work, I took Calibre to NSW civil and administrative tribunal NCAT in Nov (after fair trading) and finally had a hearing in Feb 2019. This group was up for 3.5 million in repair costs on a building they built, yet something has gone down that the chairman released them without them fulfilling their duty to the building. Many people are living units so bad that they either can't stay their or they have families of five in one room. They have also spun off another company called buildview Corp. Be careful!

Had the best experience with this company, their work, professionalism and experience outweighs the rest. Extremely happy with the work they done for me. Would definitely recommend.
