The quality of Calibre Constructions work is substandard. The maintenance on buildings they have built is of such a poor standard you would be better having an unlicensed tradesman do it. Tiles that are lifting, repairs not completed with no grout or silicon, waterproofing issues. And when it’s all too hard Phillip and staff just stop responding to emails and direct calls via a contracted call centre. Steer clear of this dodgy builder that walks away during warranty period and only fixes work after court orders.

Extremely unprofessional workers, they have no concept of punctuality. They can be two hours late or show up an hour early without notice. They are unprofessional and show no regard for the client’s time or plans. What should have been a simple repair job that could be completed in two weeks has dragged on for two months. If you don’t value your time, want your project delayed indefinitely, and don’t mind dealing with unprofessionalism, then this is the construction group for you. I purchased an off plan brand new unit from this company in 2017. A year later 2018 it experienced flooding from the hallway to the bedrooms. No reason why. My unit was not the only one unit which flooded in the same building. Due to Calibre ignoring my calls/ emails to fix their defective work, I took Calibre to NSW civil and administrative tribunal NCAT in Nov (after fair trading) and finally had a hearing in Feb 2019.
