originally, I was expecting high things from this company I was presented with a specific quote and was happy for them to go ahead. I had three cleaners arrive, and they cleaned my apartment in less than an hour and they did a pretty good job. Then the original quote that I received because I think about $167 turned into a $400 payment what is an art disgrace. This isn’t just the worst cleaning service I have ever used. This is the worst service I have ever used. I paid $390 and the guy came out to my house and vacuumed and didn’t clean anything for a deep clean. Then customer service wouldn’t even take a call after I sent videoes and images. I’m waiting to see if they start the job instead of telling me it was impossible to clean (which I did with detergent and a cloth on video for them on every single Missed surface in the apartment)
