My review is based on the service leading up to the clean, as it was incredibly frustrating. I booked a cleaner for a Friday morning and selected the 8-9am time slot. They're Ts&Cs state they have an hour window for lateness, so I assumed the 8-9am was that window. I received a message the night before saying they'd come at 10:15am. I replied saying the booking is 8-9am can you please come earlier, no reply. On the day, they never showed up! I called Calibre and they were sorry and changed my time to Monday 8-9am. The cleaners did a fantastic job. I was worried that some bathroom grime wouldn't be able to be removed and within 50 minutes it was all gone. I'm very happy with Calibre Cleaning.
