I had booked an end of lease clean and was told a team of people would come out to have it done within 3 to 4 hours. When I arrived to check the work there was only two people and they were not even halfway done. This meant that I was not able to check the work until the next day. I arrived to find that the cleaning products that had been used left residue on the kitchen cabinets and walls, and marks on the walls had not been removed, door tracks had not been cleaned, and cobwebs on the outside had not been removed. Calibre Cleaning was fabulous. They were there on time and did an amazing job. I was very happy and will be using them again.
Had these people in for a end of lease clean, couldn't be more dissatisfied with the service. Bugs smashed into carpets, carpets left un-vacuumed, bench tops and sink not scrubbed, many stains left behind by cleaning chemicals on walls and floors. Went in for a post clean inspection and my socks turned brown and stuck to the tiles. You could still see boot prints everywhere! Your real estate will tell you it needs to be cleaned again.
