The technician called to tell me he would arrive at my home between 1130 and 1135. (Pretty specific timing, so I assumed he’s looking at a GPS which tells him the time he’s arriving) All adults in my home work so my husband was on his way home to meet up by 11:30 and the technician called at 11:15 saying he was there. Great job was done on my A/C unit. Tom is very friendly and professional, also, answering and explaining all my question. I will call him again next service.
I've had Tom and the CSC team out on a few occasions to do work on my HVAC's and AC repair. Tom is extremely professional. He likes to get in, diagnose, communicate his findings along with recommendations for repair and resolution. I've been extremely pleased and impressed with his and Cathy's communication and follow-up. I strongly recommend using CSC.
Very Rude & Unprofessional behaviour from Technician Tom & from office representative Cathy. Guys, Don't go with this company for any of your project. Inspite of keep telling him that my Upstairs keep cooling without being called by upstate thermostat , he has no idea where to look and what to look. Even though i explain that imo somewhere in duct system , there's an issue and that's why my downstair thermostat not only cool my downstairs but upstairs too.
