I have nothing but good things to say about this place. A turbo that I bought from them that I had installed on my vehicle went bad and they honored the warranty right away. All they asked is that I send a tracking number from where I shipped the part back and immediately received the new part within a couple of days. If only everyone would honor their word like these guys! Great people!
Bought a stealth str turbo for my 06 Ram. Nothing but problems from the start. Low boost light, black smoke, no more power than factory, bad fuel mileage, now the turbo seized after 8k miles, 1,200 miles from home. They told me I had a boost leak. Checked it myself and later had the dealer check it. NO BOOST LEAK. Fortunately I didn't trust the turbo and brought my factory one with me. I've dealt with Chris for sales questions and Jakub for tech support. Both have been excellent in their roles answering questions and confirming proper operation of both my EZlink and SOTF tunes. All 5 tunes for my 2018 Ram Cummins have worked flawlessly offering inproved performance and fuel economy. I was also supplied with multiple tune options for my sluggish 68RFE and have settled on one tune that that has eliminated all of the crappy transmission weaknesses. I would buy here again!
