1 star as the admin staff where excellent. 0 for Carmel . She did not act as though she had care for the mental health of her patients in mind during the appointments and made some incredibly biased and judgmental comments during session. Will be reporting a complaint
I've been coming to this clinic briefly but I have known my psychologist for a very long time and she is very good with me - The psychologist I see there is a super woman - when I lost my mother she was there for me - I've known her for a very long time and although the fee is expensive it's refunded by private health insurance and as a client her fee is worth the visit - the location is very central and the staff on the reception desk are very concerned about doing their job in a correct manner and doing their job in a very... read more
