The best bang for your buck!!! I purchased a set of bag liners for my '99 Road King and they turned out amazing! With a little bit of fit trial you will have a great product!
So I bought a full set of saddlebag liners a while ago, and had just recently gotten around to installing them, and when I did, realized I had just received one wrong piece in the set, so had emailed and asked about a return. I have to admit, i was SUPER nervous when reading other reviews, but honestly, the guys were awesome! Responded to my email rather quickly, and immediately sent the correct piece for the set. Don't know what they've done to try to turn around customer service, but it seems to be working. Thanks!
0 Stars. I ordered and payed for Gloss Black Saddlebags and they sent FLAT Black Saddlebags. Basically just primed. Almost a $400.00 rip-off. I hope they do the right thing. Mistakes happen. Let's see if they fix this. If so, I will do the right thing and give them some stars.
Worst buying experience ever! Sent me the wrong hardware and couldn't replace it with the right hardware after saying they could. Couldn't provide the right assembly instructions. I had to spend $40 more at Harley Davidson to get the right hardware to make the latch kit work. Buyer beware. Customer service is a joke!
