After extensive research, I chose Bruno stair lifts for the quality and customer service. From Richard’s initial home evaluation to the final installation everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. The installers, Mathew and Colton, were professional, respectful and thorough- they were also very good about tolerating our wild dog, Ranger. Daniel is the absolute worst co owner! He teats his sub contractors horrible and doesn’t pay them what they’re owed even when the subcontractors lay out what they charge, he shorts them. So, don’t work for them! The installs are a constant mess and sends their sub contractors to the job which are often in different states with either the wrong materials or materials missing.
