Mason and Austin were amazing. So professional and nice. Exactly 24 hours and they were done. Didn't have to endure days and days getting it done. Especially with my yapping dogs. Love my shower
Jet Dones came to give me a presentation on putting in a Jacuzzi shower. He was very sweet and easy to talk to. Loved their product n the choices I could have but in the end the price was just too much for me. Jet was so good about not trying to force me into anything. That is the worst part of a presentation and I didn't have to put up with that from Jet. Thank u Jet! U can come back any time. I'm so heartbroken I couldn't afford it.
Caliber is a sub-contrator for Jacuzzi tubs and showers. Once you get your "overpriced" jacuzzi shower installed by Caliber that is when problems occur. We are in Northern Nevada they are in Idaho. Because of poor installation by Caliber sub-contractors we have needed 3 service calls to fix minor things to our shower. For the most recent service request we have called Caliber in Idaho 4 times. They only call back occasionally and for us we are going on our 5th call to get a service call. They have poor business ethics..
Short version: The manager canceled our install the day before! After a 2 month wait (which was right on their estimate) there was a concern with the design that he had signed off on. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable for a premium price tag! I'd stay away from Caliber and cannot recommend them at all. We had a walk in shower installed by caliber. They were who jacuzzi bath remodel sent us to. Fairly poor install. Nothing to cover where shower and wall meet. Silicone coming off around shower base. Removed one shelf because we’re always hitting our elbows. Would have liked to have known where everything was being put. Silicone around base by floor has dirt in it.
