Horrible solar panel experience with Caliber Solar LLC and Freedom Forever Solar. My solar system installation started 6/2/2022 and became operational in September. Communication between sales and the site design team was nonexistent. It took me 5 weeks to resolve the multiple, avoidable mistakes. On the sly, Caliber Solar LLC installed a cheaper and less quality array of panels. Eventually they "found" the correct panels and dispatched the crews to remove and install the correct panels. This is a dishonest company that uses false claims to sell you a solar contract. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. Their salesman Josh sold me on a a contract that guaranteed solar coverage of over 100% except for one month. I was made to believe I would only be paying on the loan for their system and would no longer be paying TEP. Although my power bill was reduced, I’m still paying $150-$200 per month to TEP.
