I phoned to ask if they carried crimp style fittings for rv plumbing because I wanted to change out the plastic stuff. He wouldn’t stop talking about the plastic parts how good they are. I said I ordered online crimp kit and I don’t want plastic fittings connected to my hot water heater. He got mad and said use that then and hung up. He could have just said they don’t carry that style of parts. Not cool
We were about to pull out for the weekend and noticed a missing hub cap and loose axle dust cap in the hub. After a quick call, the folks at Caliber said come on down and took us right in an hour before closing. They took the wheel off, fully inspected everything, popped the dust cap back on and replaced the missing hub cab to send us back on our way in less than 30 minutes. Will be back for our repair and maintenance needs!

This place is awesome. They have very helpful staff. I’ve owned three trailers and they have all only been serviced by Caliber. I’ve had zero issues with the staff or the service.
