My suburban furnace failed, I dropped off the RV with Mark. He diagnosed the problem and also identified that my batteries were not supplying enough power. Caliber disconnected the batteries clean the posts and tested the batteries. The cleaning helped a lot the batteries are old but still good enough. Very pleased with the service and not upselling me batteries at $1000.
Recently had some damage on my RV. Contacted a number of repair shops and Caliber was the one that consistently responded in a timely manner, Dave provided transparent communication and break down of estimates. Pricing was consistent through insurance claims as well as out of pocket. I had a chance to talk to some of the repair techs. They were more than willing to put their name on the repairs done. Appreciate the timely repairs.
