Took my vehicle down to Roanoke because they were not as busy. Told me they would tow it back to Argyle when done. They called me when it was done, I went to Argyle, they said I had to go to Roanoke to get it. Also, the company that hit my vehicle offered to pay for the repairs but Caliber would not let them. They said I had to pay.
Great customer service and great work on the repairs done.
