Worst company ever. Almost a year and Im still haven't received the money to fix my roof. Don't fall with this company. Horrible service horrible attention and even when they take a big big part of your money they still have a horrible customer service .

I started this process in May of this year and finally got my new roof Oct. 23 last week. Caliber adjusters got my check from the insurance company Oct. 1. They have around 20,000 dollars of my money and won't answer my calls or messages. The child(Jessica) with an attitude won't answer the phone or respond to my messages and I've had it with this company. The only bad part of this experience, caliber adjusters. My claims adjuster Armando is impossible to reach. I have 2 pending claims that have dragged out for almost 2 years. I'm left in limbo wondering what is happening. No one from caliber claims bothers to reach out and let me know what is going on. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend caliber claim adjusters. I will be happy to remove this review when someone from caliber claims gets back to me regarding my 2 claims
