Caliber has been great to work with while renting. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and have great service. Their employees are friendly. Highly recommend!
Poor building quality and no follow up or follow through on my 90 day or 1 year warranty issues. Very very frustrating. Be cautious building or buying anything from them.
We lived at Windsor Village for about 3 years. This place has gotten so much worse in the last 3 years. There is trash EVERYWHERE, no one picks up after their dogs and just lets them run around off leash. The walls are PAPER THIN. Rent goes up every year while quality of service goes down. Can never call the office because they won't answer. Even going in person you can rarely talk to anyone (plus they change office locations like once a year and now they have a really weird "executive offices" area locked off from everyone ... read more
