Avoid this company.. I currently have a home loan with them and I wish to God that I had gone with a different lender that would not have sold my loan to these people. Asked for info on a recast several months ago and they ignored my request. Asked to have my pmi removed via a note sent with my payment and that was ignored. Requested again this month to have the pmi removed because the amount I owe is below the threshold for mandatory pmi. Now they want to charge me extra fee for a BPO before they even consider it. These people are a bunch of fraudsters and thieves. They will rob you blind and smile while they do it. They have no respect for veterans and laugh at you when you get robbed. They will tell you to refer to legal documents instead of standing behind what they promise.
Great mortgage company to work with, they provide excellent service and communication.
