I was lucky enough to meet Dave Talbott by working with my agent. I was able to get all my documents on the first request due to his teams great explanation and list. I was able to refi my property in 8 months dropping my PMI! The only person that will ever handle my home loans in the future will be Dave Talbott because he works hard to save his customers money!
