Caliber Home Loans website for My Account has been messed up since November 2021 and they admit it in writing as of June 2022. My Account shows I have a ZERO balance as of November 2021. Now, I know this isn't correct but hey - Caliber Home Loans says this. I can't get a proper monthly statement on-line, I can't MESSAGE them on-line, CSRs aren't allowed emails from customers.
