A house at 2410 Stephens Grant Dr is a comparable house. It sold for about 400K. Yet when we paid for a BPO to eliminate the PMI, as we had just reached 20%, it came back at over 90% LTV meaning the guy they paid valued the house at $323,000. Of course, no mention of 2410 in that BPO which said this area was "declining" in value, thus the 1/6 haircut in value. Hmmm, so they get to keep that last $500. Is it worth it CALIBER?
