The worst, period. I get emails confirming payments when I never made a payment, I get letters for short sales, Everytime I call, each rep tells me my monthly payment is different. All they say is sorry, I'm not sure what the last rep was looking at or sorry the system sent it out by mistake. I've never called and gotten the same story by different reps..ever.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has been nothing but issues since we started. They pre-qualified us and we began building our house. We asked and asked what amount and no one could tell us. We went to the design center and they had a certain number, so we built our house to that number. A month before closing we get a phone call saying we were not approved for the loan they gave us in the first place! We did EVERYTHING that was asked of us.
