I emailed their office, as well as the rep in charge of my account several times over 2 months, with NO response. Sounds like they were acquired by another company, which has seemingly created a number of gaps in their communication, as I had not had these issues prior. Automated support has been inadequate for what I've been looking to get support with, and hoping they correct soon. I would discourage anyone from using their services at the current time.
