I’ve had the worst customer experience with their staff thus far. It’s been a nightmare trying to schedule an appointment and I’ve been hung up on multiple times by their staffs. Their staff seems to have very little knowledge in regards to handling insurance and resolving issues. They wanted to charge me an additional $1000 after the insurance company already paid the full amount for the cost of repairs.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision in Walnut! From the moment I walked in, the team was professional and welcoming. Bryan helped me throughout the entire process and really made things easy to understand. He was patient, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated the whole way.
