Caliber heating & cooling is an awesome a/c company. They were nice, kind and on time. They did not try to charge us for something we didn't need as they explained everything to us. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a new unit or repairing the unit you have now. We would like to say thank you to Caliber heating and cooling.

**Updated 9/11/25** I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars! Last night when we got home it was warm and my thermostat was blank. I emailed Caliber and heard back, within an hour, after 10 pm, and he was able to come out and fix this morning 🙏😭 The level of professionalism, expertise and genuine care is top of the line. Teng was referred to us by our realtor. We had been traveling and came home to our condo in St Pete and discovered our AC had not been working for several days. Our unit was very hot and humid. We reached out to Teng and he offered to come out immediately, even though it was Saturday at 630 pm on Labor Day weekend. We did not have access to the roof, so Teng had to come on Sunday morning.
