As my air conditioner began to cool, the heater would not turn on. Caliber Heating & AC Repair sent a technician to inspect it and discovered that wires had been crossed during installation. There was no fee to repair. Therefore, just to be sure, check the heat if replacing in the summer or the AC if replacing in the winter:-). Overall, I believe Caliber Heating & AC Repair performed an excellent job.

The technician arrived on time and was extremely nice. He explained everything he was doing with my furnace and gave me helpful hints and ideas for improved furnace maintenance. He was quite thorough and took his time; he did not, in my view, cut shortcuts. I would suggest it.

The technician was punctual and kind. He took the time to explain his actions and provide advice on how I might better care for my furnace. He didn't rush through things and instead paid close attention to detail. That's what I'd suggest.
