We used Caliber to replace the countertop in our bathroom. They have a great selection of remnants, their prices are reasonable, and they're friendly, easy to work with, and prompt. We are happy with our new countertop. That being said, when the workers dismantled our old countertop, they broke both undermounted sinks. We were able to order new sinks, and workers returned the following week to do the installation. We are disappointed that Caliber did not cover the cost of the sinks, or at least split the cost with us. They s... read more

Stopped by their showroom highly motivated to place an order. Staff did not even remotely care or try to be helpful or answer our questions. It was flabbergasting. Needless to say, we left.

I must admit, after reading some reviews here, I was definitely on guard walking into Caliber. The first day, we walked the yard and got pricing and info on how it all worked. I was sure to ask the questions that people had complained about as well. All our questions were answered and Kimberly was very pleasant to speak with. Finally, on our third visit to the yard, they had one slab of the granite we were searching for. However, other dealers had told us we would need two slabs for our remodel project.
