Stopped by their showroom highly motivated to place an order. Staff did not even remotely care or try to be helpful or answer our questions. It was flabbergasting. Needless to say, we left.

I must admit, after reading some reviews here, I was definitely on guard walking into Caliber. The first day, we walked the yard and got pricing and info on how it all worked. I was sure to ask the questions that people had complained about as well. All our questions were answered and Kimberly was very pleasant to speak with. Finally, on our third visit to the yard, they had one slab of the granite we were searching for. However, other dealers had told us we would need two slabs for our remodel project. The entire experience after paying this company has been very disappointing. Their communication is lacking and unprofessional. The install was due over a week ago and they never showed up and now we are currently waiting with no answer as to when the new counter tops will be installed. Meanwhile our kitchen is ripped up, have no sink hooked up, and can’t cook. They have not answered our calls the last 3 days.

Caliber Granite lost a piece of custom-made millwork after Kim assured me I would get it back. She said she couldn't help it if her employee threw it away. Then she criticized me for being upset. They made a "replacement" piece which didn't look nearly as good and didn't fit. Eventually she offered a shallow apology and a $30 discount. I ended up having to redo my entire bathroom. Don't bring your business here.
