The entire experience after paying this company has been very disappointing. Their communication is lacking and unprofessional. The install was due over a week ago and they never showed up and now we are currently waiting with no answer as to when the new counter tops will be installed. Meanwhile our kitchen is ripped up, have no sink hooked up, and can’t cook. They have not answered our calls the last 3 days.
Caliber Granite lost a piece of custom-made millwork after Kim assured me I would get it back. She said she couldn't help it if her employee threw it away. Then she criticized me for being upset. They made a "replacement" piece which didn't look nearly as good and didn't fit. Eventually she offered a shallow apology and a $30 discount. I ended up having to redo my entire bathroom. Don't bring your business here.

Fantastic team to work with, great value and selection for the remnants - very flexible on scheduling and love all our vanities + our amazing fireplace!
