Everything was good. The owner (vlad ) was very helpful. But the sales guy LUCAS was not seem to helpful at all . There were some problems or issues with the truck like lug nuts were short and not same as exactly size because there were super single at first then they change it to the dual tires. So it was mismatched and fall under the violation. When i told him about that , he send me the violation part for the tires and tell me to read it. It means the shop guys were where i take it . I recently bought from them and I’m very happy with the entire experience. The sales team was friendly, honest, and answered all my questions without pressure. The truck was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth and fast. I felt they genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. and very budget friendly I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable truck and great service
Vlad deserves more than 5 stars, he knows how to do business. Bought a truck from him yesterday, he has a good truck with virgin tires you don’t need to spend any money on tires once you purchase it, he’s price is reasonable price unlike other places or dealerships. Before i purchased i told him if i can do an inspection and run diagnose to the engine real quick, he said feel free to do whatever you want and BOOM the truck passed the inspection and found no codes. UNPROFESSIONAL, DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. They took a deposit and filled out an application with a wrong VIN, bank denied the application and they sold the truck to another customer, now refusing to refund the deposit.
