I would like give a 5-star review to Caliber. I primarily worked with Robert, the owner, as well as his son Daniel. They did a great job repairing the front end of my car after an accident. They communicated very well and completed the work on time. They earned my trust, and I used them two more times for other repairs.
Robert, the owner and his son Daniel hosted amazing hospitality! I just moved to Denver from South Florida and I unfortunately got into an accident my first week here. They Both took care of me and fixed my car door within one weeks time after the insurance company came through. If you ever need a body repair shop, I highly recommend coming to these guys If you ever need anything in your car repaired!
So helpful and easy to work with! Got the job done so fast. Worked with the insurance company and left my car looking brand new!!

I had a very negative experience with the manager Jesse here who was extremely and willfully unhelpful in a difficult situation. I offered to pay cash upfront along with partial insurance coverage, and he told me that Caliber Collision doesn't do this because they're "afraid of getting burned." I asked if I could speak to a higher up to see if an exception could be made for a small business like ours, he said no because "it's a company rule."
