Service was Great, new manager was Amazing and very attentive and listened. Your front desk person needs some happiness and work on customer service but she is ok.
Took our car in, they assumed that we would total it, took the bumper off, and other parts, marked x’s all over it. Messed with front bumper and left bolts under windshield wipers. We decided to keep it. They tried to charge us money to put the bumper back on, then used zip ties to hold it on. Very unprofessional. We had a friend pound out the dent, and attached the bumper properly.
Great experience! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent communication - we were kept updated on each step of the process with text messages, and any questions were also addressed. Seamless process with Caliber and our insurance company. Thanks again, job well done!
