My wife and I are very grateful to the team at Tower Point. Service Advisor, Robert Henley, and Nikki at Reception were beyond kind and were very responsive to our needs. I was particularly concerned about what I thought might’ve been extensive damage to my vehicle, but Robert had the area buffed and found no damage beyond some paint transfer. Best of all… he chose not to charge me. Thank you, Robert!

Although my repairs were covered under my insurance with a $200 deductible, the overall service was $3500 and they even washed my car. New radiator, ac, intercooler for turbo, front bumper and grille, right fender. I’ve taken my my old car to a dealership for a new radiator and they gave it back with oil hand prints all over my car and steering wheel. Caliber collision exceeded my expectations
