Highly recommend the process went smoothly and the repair looks great all of the employees were kind and helpful!
We've used Caliber Collision twice now for insurance claims on our fleet vehicles. They make the whole process very easy. They had our recent repair completed a day early, which helped us out tremendously. Brendon and Shawn are responsive, reliable, and great people to work with.
This was the best experience I have ever had getting anything done with a vehicle. They were extremely helpful and kept me updated all the way through. The guy at the front desk was fantastic. I believe his name was Brendan but I am not 100% sure. Should anything happen to my car again, I will absolutely be coming back. Fantastic experience.
The Mentor Caliber Collision team really knows how to get the job done! The entire team was so welcoming and gave me updates through the entire process which I have not truly gotten from other repair shops. I will definitely be going to them from now on and hope others get to have the same experience. Great work guys
