Caliber on 23rd Ave and Peoria did a great job repairing our Tiguan after a hit and run that caused significant damage to the front end. The constant updates given to us made it feel quick and efficient and also stress-free!
They were very professional, but also personable and friendly. They extended kindness towards me and offered to help me with things that they did not even have to, like helping move my carseats to the other car. They were very bubbly and happy. I enjoyed the customer service and they did great at repairing my van.
Kaitlyn, Tim & Connor were great! It was a quick and easy experience, and they offered really great customer service.
