I was rear ended on the freeway about a month ago. We decided to go with caliber for repairs after some research and made a great decision. My car looks brand new thanks to Moe. George was great to work with. Kind and efficient. Tim the GM runs a tight ship and ensures customers are dealt with properly. Would recommend!
My wife and I went to caliber to have our 2023 Honda accord fixed after an accident on the freeway. They took great care of our car and fixed it up to almost new. Mo went out of his way to fix every aspect of our very and we are very thankful. George kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle and was very friendly. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. The repair process felt completely disorganized and inefficient. They started with the body work before performing a pre-check alignment, which revealed additional damage that I had already reported. Parts were then ordered, causing multiple delays, and my estimated completion date was pushed back twice—eventually, they stopped providing an estimate altogether. Caliber did excellent work in restoring my car. Connor called with updates on progress of work being done which was very much appreciated. I'm very pleased with Caliber's work & will recommend them to others. They were recommended to me by a former pleased customer.
