From drop off to pick up, Caliber's service & response time was absolutely superb!
I stopped by here yesterday after a garbage can came flying off a landscaping trailer on the 101 on my way to work and did a little number on my bumper. I didn't have an appt, but I went in anyways just hoping somebody could help me. Jose (whom I believe is the GM) was kind enough to come to my rescue and help me! He literally saved the day! (And my sanity) I'll definitely be back when and if needed. Thank you so much!
Didn’t notify us when an issue arose with the battery constantly dying and caused us stress when picking the car up to see it coding all kinds of things and then not starting up again. The battery was changed and there was no issues after. However I wish they would have notified us of this.
Great shop and excellent service. When I dropped my car off, I told Jose that my main concern was not the schedule — I just wanted the repair done right. I asked him to take whatever time was needed to repair the damage properly and bring the car back to the way it looked when I drove it off the showroom floor.
