Great shop and excellent service. When I dropped my car off, I told Jose that my main concern was not the schedule — I just wanted the repair done right. I asked him to take whatever time was needed to repair the damage properly and bring the car back to the way it looked when I drove it off the showroom floor. The staff @ Caliber are phenomenal! Everyone is nice , professional, and thoughtful. Add the quality of their work and you have a great combination. They are a USAA preferred shop so I didn’t hesitate to have my car fixed there. I hope you never need Caliber, but if you do your car will look like nothing ever happened.
Shop did great work, start to finish!
Taylor was very professional and she kept us informed of our accident repairs. At first I wasn’t sure if the repairs will be as good as an original manufacture’s own approved workshop but after I saw the results I was pleased. Really assuring service.
