Considering that I am 85 years old, this company provided efficiency and helpfulness that I have not ever experienced before! The office management was a 10+ as well as the service/repair department personnel. I would recommend this company without any reservations. Penelope Denton, Ph.D.
They used glue for repairs and warranty work plus 7 months to get things addressed, but they still could not get the job done. Please find another location for your service. Initial claim and repair was in Sept 2025 (poor service from Sebastian). Their "Resolution" wasn't until April 2026, and they used glue for their Warranty service claim and for a part (Manager Frank took over my claim from Sebastian) and took two weeks to order parts (March to April time line). Matt and everyone at Caliber were a delight to deal with. They communicated and gave me periodic updates, which I found reassuring. My car is beautifully restored to like-new condition. I knew they were great because my husband's car needed repair after he was rear ended a while back, but they still exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with both the customer experience and the repair.

Caliber has repaired 3 of my vehicles and have gone above and beyond each time. Even buffed out/fixed little dings from before accident. The service is excellent and they keep you informed of vehicle status. Very pleased w/ outcome.
