I can’t say enough good things about Daniel! He communicated everyday with me throughout the process of my car being repaired. He truly went above and beyond!! So happy with his amazing service and how quick he got my car fixed!! :)
Daniel at caliber collision was amazing. Always keep me informed on parts delays and the over all status of my vehicle repairs. Car was fully repaired and washed and cleaned which was dope. Definitely recommend Caliber Collision on scottsdale road.
I had the worst experience at this repair shop. At least 5 times I was told that my car would be ready tomorrow and every time they said it would end up taking another week. A job that could have been done in a couple weeks took two months! To make things worse, when I did get my car back I noticed that it wobbled on the road. When I went to return it with my complaints, the OWNER went for a test drive and said it rides normal....
