Was in an accident that wasn't my fault, luckily the other insurance accepted fault and I did not have to pay anything. So I do not know about pricing since I didn't really pay attention, but the whole process was very smooth. Repairs done in just over a week. Super friendly staff. They even covered a minor (unrelated repair) that I had asked them to do while repairing the damage from the accident (fully expecting to pay) Thanks caliber and Anthony specifically!
I've had 2 repairs done by caliber. This last accident, the woman had no insurance. I bought used parts off of another F150. They gave me this line of a garbage policy that they can't use customer supplied parts!!! Lost me as a customer for life!!!!!
Best place to get your car repaired. The process was extremely easy and customer service was excellent. Great communication.
