Great customer service! Francisco was very professional and gave me timely updates on the status of my vehicle. He answered every question I had without hesitation. Overall a smooth process and highly recommend him and the shop!
Car came out looking good
Francisco was super professional throughout the entire process and kept me informed had no doubts about the repair I was getting would look excellent. Thank You I would definitely come back if I needed anything done to my vehicle.
This place should not be in business. The person I was dealing with apparently left and it took one month to get my car back. They seemed to think that it was acceptable because they had an excuse. If they had taken responsibility for their labor issues it might not have been so bad but all I got was excuses. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.
The customer service level is outstanding. Sam, had been communicating with me through the process and my vehicle looks just like I got it from the showroom. Highly recommend this body shop.
