I Went Here For Some Quick Help On Replacing My Gas Cap Cover & Got That Taken Care Of Easily !
So this is the result of shady work! This part was damaged after a car ran a red light! However, the insurance paid for the replacement. Caliber Collision was paid! Why did it fall down again? We know why? Because, it wasn't installed properly! So I reached out to them, made an appointment, and took my car back so they could physically see the problem. Horrible customer service. I walked in expecting them to explain what was going to happen and they didn't even do that. They make you sign papers right away without talking to you first about the processes. Yes they repaired my car, but I came home and noticed scratches that I didn't have on my car prior to dropping it off with them. I had multiple phone calls with them in regarding the estimate date they'd return my car and they were very dishonest in that aspect.
