They did a great job, and were ready to work with me if there were any parts that insurance wouldn’t require OEM that I wanted. Very pleased. Angel and co did a great job.
Caliber is a national chain. I do not know how they compare to other local companies in actually fixing a car after a collision, but they need someone to teach them about customer service. Allstate basically assigned them, and it took a concentrated effort of calling to get any form of communication, NO CALLS to inform me. Failure to have the car ready when promised and only close of business times as I waited all day to hear back.
