I dropped off my vehicle at Caliber Collision on February 25, 2026, with an initial promised delivery date of March 17, 2026. This was later moved to March 19, 2026, and since then, the delays have continued with no clear or reliable timeline. From March 23 to March 27, I followed up daily. The repair took two weeks when it should have taken two days. Then after I was told, the car was ready I was informed that they were still waiting on one part. When I went to leave, I noticed that two pairs of sunglasses and a cup full of change had been stolen. Now a piece of the bumper that was replaced is not fully secured and sticking out.
My car was in an accident in July. It was fixed pretty quick. I was excited to get my car back and I left without really like actually looking at all the details. After looking at my car and said and out, I realized that the parts that they used to fix my car were not actually the right size. I called back and I went in person, and I was told that they would be able make this right. They just have to contact the insurance company and order the parts from Toyota.
