Overall, I’m giving Caliber Collision 4 out of 5 stars. The actual repair quality was excellent, but a few issues with the delivery and final quality control kept it from being a 5-star experience. Misty was rude, and had an attitude when I called to ask about getting our car towed there. Sorry I didn’t know the process, haven’t had to do this before. Guess we will take our business elsewhere.
They did a wonderful job with my car. The customer service was amazing front desk girl was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint I have was that I asked for a quote to repaint the hood of my car and never heard back.
