Caliber Collision delivered quality repairs, but the customer service experience with Pamela was disappointing. While polite on the surface, her approach felt insincere and overly forced, which diminished my confidence in the overall service. Excellent workmanship should be matched with authentic and professional customer care, and unfortunately, that standard was not met.
Five stars without a doubt. The woman at the front desk was helpful and answered all my questions, as well as offered me water while I waited. Shortly after, Pamela took at look at the damage on my car and gave me her estimate of when the repair would be done. She finished it three days before the date she gave me. Pam is super polite and extremely dedicated to her work, I'm very satisfied with the repair work and I would highly recommend you get your repair at this Caliber Collision.
