Robert was very helpful and showed excellent customer service
Got my car repaired at the SW Freeway location following an accident under Progressive. Repair work is pretty much satisfactory but customer service and completion updates are totally unacceptable. Also, they replaced few original undamaged parts in the car. Furthermore, the completion date informed was delayed with no update on when it will be ready.
