Very professional from check-in to car pick-up. Repaired just like new. So far so good!
The worst service combined with bad attitudes and lies ! Caliber collision kept my truck for 1 month to do front damage repair. In that month they punctured my tire with something and patched it thinking I would see it. And then when asked about it they denied it. Had to take truck back because headlights where not alligned properly,and still didnt do that. Dealer had to repair that. Just an overall terrible experience!
My wife had a parking lot fender bender in her 2022 Buick Enclave. Caliber Collision, Fort Walton Beach, had just opened for business and we were their first repair. Almost hesitated because of their lack of previous local reviews, but their national reviews were excellent, so we left it with them to fix. We are definitely not disappointed. Not only did they fix it quickly, one week, the repair is flawless, and they even matched the rare color, Sage Green, perfectly. 5 star company!!
