My service advisor was excellent the whole time and had my car ready a week early! I definitely recommend Caliber Collision for their respect to Veterans but also all customers. I would hope they promoted or increase the pay of my advisor because customer service like that is a lost art!
I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision to have a dent repaired, and Chris was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated. I had also asked if they would be able to replace my headlights, as I had already purchased the replacement parts beforehand.
