Absolutely horrible experience with this place. While having hail damage repaired THEY damaged a door by gashing it down to bare metal. They never said a word about it until we picked it up. Now it will have to go back for another repair. After getting home with the car, we found that one of the doors they worked on no longer locks. My wife has now been there twice to have it repaired and they have failed to do so. Poorly managed and horrible work.
Received vehicle back after 5.5 week of body repairs and the AC didn’t work, windshield cracked, and now front bumper bowing. They fixed the AC, they are replacing the windshield and now have to report bumper. It was stated that they wanted to make sure my car was in near perfect condition before returning it to me. I do not have confidence in their work and hope more issues don’t continue to arise as time goes on revealing continued issue with the work they did on my Pathfinder.
