Outstanding service, attention and repairs.
They did an excellent job repairing my car and even dropped it off at my house since I was town when it was finished. Five stars.
Caliber collision did a great job fixing my 4runner. There were two minor issues after the job was completed the shop did a great job fixing these two issues with no hassle. For me it is not about doing a perfect job the first time and how you treat somebody when things do not go as expected. In this case they did a fantastic job. No the only negative thing about caliber collision is their policy on how quickly you have to pick up the vehicle when done. Jordan was easy to communicate with, body work was beautifully done.
Clean office. Pleasant staff. Completely satisfied with the repairs done. Matched the paint perfectly. Kept me informed of the progress of the work and vehicle was ready in a timely manner. I would recommend this facility for repairs.
