Just picked up my F250 from repair. I must say that the service and communication were excellent, and the repair looks amazing. The entire process was quick and easy. My tech was Esteban Ramirez. They even provided a ride to the rental car. Good work.
Do not waste your time and money going here! I just got a quote from them for body work repair on my vehicle and they told me it would be over $3000.00 which is ridiculous because I got another quote from a local shop for around $1600.00. So they want to charge 3 times more here, no thank you!
Good customer service and people who know what they need to get the job done right. Give them a call for your next collision repair, They will not let you down!
5 stars Really happy with the service I received from Caliber Collision in Henderson. Robert was great to deal with, kept me updated throughout the repair, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The repair took a little longer than originally expected because some of the replacement panels from Ford arrived damaged and had to be reordered.
