Caliber did a good job with the car. Very nice and accommodating staff.
On the expected days of pick-up, I was informed on both days that my vehicle was not ready. On the actual day of completion I was yet informed of a delay again, but a gentleman named Greg whom I had not previously dealt with was able to get my car finished. Unfortunately, the location manager did not stand by his word regarding completion and repeatedly provided excuses for the delays.
