Absolutely a 10! The repair is like it never happened. Communication throughout was spot-on, even with car rental. Ty so very much! Highly recommend Caliber! Bambi…not so much!
Fixed my car up like new
They had me drop off my car for repair. Took the insurance check and then called the next day and said the parts never came in. 3 weeks later, no calls, no repair and they refuse to give me a contact person's name about getting a refund. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS FRAUD COMPANY. NO RESPONSE...they want to give the appearance of one on Google. TIME FOR AN ATTORNEY.
