Caliber is a great place to have your car repaired. My representative kept me informed and diligently identified opportunities for improvement, addressing them effectively. I rated the shop a 4 because a couple of items needed to be redone to restore the car to its original state. However, they quickly accepted responsibility for that.

Caliber collision Carpenter had great communication with me when I had a frame repair on my 2012 Subaru outback, I was contacted every other day to let me know the progress.
